I've worked as an IT systems engineer since 1996, building and supporting enterprise infrastructure. Today I spend my time where technology meets real business: building websites and lead systems, setting up AI tools that save real hours, and teaching AI classes for realtors and the general public.
My approach is practical. I won't sell you a tool you don't need. We'll find the two or three changes that make the biggest difference, build them right, and make sure you and your team can run them without me.
You do. Once invoices are paid, you own what was built for your business, and accounts are set up in your name whenever possible.
Only what you decide. I recommend business-grade AI tools and settings that don't train on your data, and I never put your customers' personal information into AI tools.
